3. Products & Services All products are made-to-order, custom, hand-drawn portrait illustrations. Because each order is personalized, production begins upon receipt of your submitted photo and customization instructions. By placing an order, you acknowledge the custom nature of the product.

By submitting photos for your portrait, you confirm you have the right to use those images and grant us a limited license to use them solely for fulfilling your order.
