1. Custom & Personalized Orders Because our products are made-to-order and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom portrait orders unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@cartoonova.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will either reprint and reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
3. Non-Custom Products For any non-personalized items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
