Shipping policy

Order Processing All Cartoonova portraits are custom, made-to-order, and hand-drawn. Please allow 5–7 business days for production. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Fulfillment Types Cartoonova offers two delivery formats depending on the product option selected at checkout:

Digital Delivery (Ultra HD): Your portrait is delivered digitally via email as a high-resolution file. No physical shipping is involved. You will receive your digital file within the production timeframe (5–7 business days) directly to the email address used at checkout.
Physical Delivery (Poster, Framed Print, Canvas): Physical orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US warehouse network. Your order ships from the warehouse closest to your delivery address:
- Florida: 201 NW 22nd Ave., Unit 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311
- Atlanta, Georgia: 650 Selig Dr SW, Atlanta, GA
- Pennsylvania: 160 Research Dr, Pittston, PA 18640
- Kentucky: 7200 Intermodal Dr, Louisville, KY 40258

Shipping Times (Physical Orders Only) Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available). Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your physical order ships. Digital orders receive a delivery email with the file download link.

International Shipping We primarily serve US customers. International availability and costs are shown at checkout where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Orders Contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date at help@cartoonova.store with your order number and photos.
